A carne junto aos ossos \u00e9 excelente mas corre-se o risco de ser uma carne dura de roer.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o conv\u00e9m tornar isto publico mas os pianinhos de vaca s\u00e3o baratos e s\u00e3o do melhor que h\u00e1.\u00a0 Se a carne \u00e9 dura, o <strong>Bicarbonato de S\u00f3dio<\/strong>\u00a0 resolve e torna a carne macia e tenra. Deite umas colheres de ch\u00e1 de bicarbonato sobre a carne de vaca e deixe algumas horas a marinar. Antes do churrasco passe a carne por \u00e1gua e deite apenas sal.
